Father's Day - Crimea Sunset

   Hello, girls!!

   Father's day is coming and I decided to make a mani inspired by the favourite thing that my father loves to do - walking. Yes, he loves walking trips, any kind.  He takes his GPS navigator and goes. During the year (except winter) he walks around our town and nearby villages, meanwhile thinking of something, relaxing and listening to the silence. Every year during his vacation he goes to Crimea. I went with him earlier, before I had Alina (I wrote about it if you remember). Crimea is such a beautiful place: sea, mountains, nature - everything is wonderful!

   Приближается день Отца и я решила сделать маникюр вдохновленный тем, что мой папа любит больше всего - пешие прогулки. Да, он очень любит всевозможные походы. Он берет свой GPS-навигатор и просто идет :)). В течение года (исключая зимнее время) он гуляет по окрестностям города и близлежащих деревень, думая о чем-то возвышенном, отдыхая и слушая тишину. Во время отпуска он каждый год ездит в Крым. Раньше я ездила с ним, пока не было Алины (об этом я уже писала, если вы помните). Крым - это такое красивое место (надеюсь никто не против пары фотографий):

   On my middle finger nail I painted the Golden Gate. And the Devil's Thumb on my ring finger nail.

   Если кто-то не понял, то на среднем пальце я нарисовала закатные Золотые Ворота, а на безымянном Чертов Палец.

Hi, ladies!

Today's mani was inspired by a picture that I saw in Pinterest. I really liked its color scheme and messy pattern. And surely decided to recreate it in our manner :)) The whole design is done with a striper brush on the white base. I tried to choose colors matching the picture.

На сегодняшний маникюр меня вдохновила вот эта картинка, которую я увидела в Pinterest. Мне очень понравилась ее цветовая палитра и абстрактный характер. И, само собой, я решила ее воплотить на ногтях. Весь дизайн выполнен тонкой кистью на белой основе, цвета лака я старалась выбирать наиболее подходящие к картинке.

Rainy day

Hello, ladies!

   Autumn in my town is very rainy this year so I decided to do nails inspired by this theme.  I did a black base and then I sponged some grey color to imitate the texture of wet asphalt. 

   After that I painted leaves with acrylic paints. First I painted the shapes of leaves with white acrylic and then added bright colors. I think that shiny top coat makes this mani look like real wet road :))

В этом году осень в моем городе очень дождливая, поэтому мне захотелось сделать маникюр на эту тему. Сначала я нанесла 2 слоя черного лака. а затем с помощью спонжа и светло-серого цвета сделала имитацию текстуры асфальта. После этого нарисовала листья акриловой краской, сначала форму листьев белой краской, а затем раскрасила их в яркие цвета. Мне кажется, что блестящее верхнее покрытие делает их очень реальными и похожими на мокрый асфальт.

Beautiful hair... thing

   Today's mani was inspired by this picture which I saw in Pinterest:

I decided to imiate her ombre hair by making gradient and painted feathers with the striper brush.

I really don't know how to name this hair thing :)) Tell me please. I'm not good at English hair stuff  :) But actually I don't even know how to call this in Russian :)

TPC: Chochloma

   Colors of this month match the colors of traditional Russian ornament named "Chochloma". And I certainly thought about it and decided to give it a try :) 

   Actually the colors of chochloma is red, green and gold but I think that yellow is fine too :)

   This is how it looks when masters do it :)

Gradient color dot manicure

This made on the white base using dotting tool by mixing black and yellow polishes in different quantity.

The weather is sad so the photos are a bit cheerless :)

   "Don't try too hard but explain everyone how to do something really easy", says the Sloth week of the 7 Deadly Sins Challenge by Nail Wish and One Nail To Rule Them All.
   This is my version of a lazy manicure :))

   And here is my simple and imperfect tutorial (it's my first try so don't judge me for its average quality)

7 Deadly Sins Challenge (Greed): More colors

   The theme of the third week of  "7 Deadly Sins Challenge" by One Nail To Rule Them All  is "Remember, More is More... don't hold yourself back!"
   "More is More.." )) and I decided to use all colors of the rainbow to make this design.

Red, orange, yellow, green and blue are inspired by nature. And violet theme on my thumb is galaxy.
